Designer (Digital Team)

The Designer will design and produce advertising and promotion assets for the Account Team.

Primary Responsibilities:
Participate in the conception, design and final production of digital marketing and promotional materials for show brands – with an emphasis on web-based motion graphics.
Uphold graphic aesthetic, maintain the quality and integrity of work produced, and contribute creatively to the department, division and network
Meet clients with relevant colleagues to discuss business objectives and creative solutions
Execute multiple projects at once and meet scheduled deadlines
Follow creative direction, work in a group dynamic, and actively participate in any given project or team to which assigned
Maintain a familiarity with trends in interactive media other digital design practices

Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Art/Design or a degree of equal standing from an accredited Art Institute or School of Design
About 3 to 4 years’ experience in digital design – including a competent knowledge of web-based software, Flash, After Effects, Dreamweaver CS, HTML, HTML 5, and ActionScript 2 & 3. Additionally, a working knowledge of Facebook API and other mobile and tablet functionality.
Must submit an online portfolio with live examples of work in Flash, After Effects, and any other Web Design. Screenshots, JPGs or PDFs will not be accepted
Able to conceptualize ideas and execution of online advertising
Able to focus on time management in a deadline-oriented environment, highly organized with strong attention to detail.
