Primary Purpose
To support TFCMC I&S Beijing team on all aspect of systems related documentation, implementation and ongoing customer service.
Typical Duties
Provide administrative support to the local team in terms of customer document collection, customer document pre-checking and filing, basic customer enquiry and client service support. Examples include:
- Prepare and go through account opening checklist with customer, pre-check customer documents and handle customer inquiries during document preparation
- Internal coordination which includes: inform sales and request for pricing schedule, inform RM and request for KYC form, check with legal & compliance to seek clearance, prepare Account Information Form and hand over account opening pack to BCO, follow up outstanding items with customer
- Prepare and send notification letter & welcome pack to customer when account opened, update customer contact list
- Provide ongoing account amendment support such as changing BR, signature specimen, postal/registered address, authorized signatories, legal representative, capital, company name, company chop, fax indemnity, investor, business scope, ABOQ etc
- Prepare and send the notification to clients as well as calls for annual inspection, overdue documents (BL/ECC/TAX/Establishment Approval/Authorizers ID, etc), dormant account notification and FCY inward remittance reporting etc, escalate to RM/Sales where appropriate; work with the team leader to ensure the required documents are collected in time
- Coordinate with back office team for transaction investigation, urgent payments and incoming collections
- Handle other daily client inquiries related to transactions, e-banking trouble shooting and FCY supporting documents etc
- Support IM in coordinating implementation activities to ensure timely implementation, e.g. follow up with db-di documentations, partner bank documentations etc
Experience Required
- Graduate with 2-3 years' technical experience or finance in a banking environment.
- Knowledge of accounting principles (relevant to clients) is major asset.
- Familiar with multi OS platform, LAN, application and telecommunication software/equipment and experienced in data communication
- Customer focus and service oriented
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Fluent in both oral and written English.
