?Job Responsibilities：
1. Lead the sourcing team consists of sourcing professionals located in China and Scandinavia to achieve department objectives.
2. Develop and lead implementation of category strategy in key purchasing categories for both direct and indirect material.
3. Plan and execute annual negotiations.
4. Be the coach and mentor to sourcing team in utilizing fact based sourcing tools including category strategy, should cost, VAVE.
5. Take ownership of the supply base, manage supply base sustainability performance, and address non-compliance.
6. Rationalize supply base through supply base reduction which is consistent of category strategy.
7. Develop sourcing roadmap in alignment with divisional business objectives.
8. Be the owner of the following KPI: cost saving target attainment, saving generated from specific saving initiatives, supply base reduction and key suppliers performance
9. Participate Product Council Meeting representing sourcing and provide functional input.
10. Drive continuous improvement culture within sourcing team with best practices and processes adopted and implemented
11. Perform other sourcing management responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements:
1. Outstanding influencing skills.
2. 8-10years working experience
3. Understanding of contract development with supply related areas such as direct material, indirect material and CAPEX investment obligations.
4. Ability to work in a matrix organization and simultaneously hold consultative and operational roles.
5. Demonstrated leadership in developing and executing sourcing strategies.
6. Thorough knowledge of global sourcing processes and practices, and the judgment to know what is appropriate for the company size and scope.
7. Background in implementing Kanban, VMI and/or lean supply chain processes.
8. Six Sigma and lean background a plus
9. Experience in the Finical or Purchasing area is a plus
