职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. Define and coordinate tasks concerning goal setting and task allocation.
2. Shop floor management of warehouse
3. Control warehouse KPI/5S/safety/cost/ maintenance and make improvement, ensure quality transparency and visualization for internal materials flow (including raw material and finished goods)
4. Leading associates: Monitor and instruct daily works of team leader, train and coach warehouse management. check work result and lead for employee’s action of improving working processes. Select new worker.
5. Implement and popularize. And system improvement
6. Ensure that legal and operational regulations are observed.

Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain Management
2. Knowledge of Lean Logistics, TPS (Toyota Production System) preferred
3. Knowledge of Quality Tools (FMEA, 8D) preferred.
4. 2 years or above working experience in logistic
5. Fluent in English, both written and oral
