Main Responsibility

-Develops project plan and oversees the projects from conception and planning to implementation, including strategies, processes and resources.

-Responsible for managing project schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling software.

-Manages allocated resources to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project.

-Leads multifunctional teams comprised of internal, external and/or matrix headcount to complete projects.

-Provides engineering leadership to team members to achieve project goals.

-Interfaces and coordinates with customers to define project objectives, provide status updates and prepare for release and deployment.

-Identifies and resolves potential complications within the project and develops solutions for resolution.

Main Competence Requirement

-Previous experience of project management ideally on a international scale.
-A solid experience with casting (iron/steel/stainless steel/aluminum) and machining are required.
-Working knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred.
-Ability to work well within a team
-Ability to work under pressure and to tight project timescales.
-Customer focused attitude.
-Good English Language Skills
