- 本科或以上学历，房地产或相关专业；
- 具有3年至10年房地产公司或相关咨询公司 同职位 市场策划及 市场调研工作经验（根据具体工作经验和能力定位职位级别，如：经理助理/经理/副总副总监/总监）；
- 具备优秀的市场分析能力和文字表达能力，有独立撰写复杂房地产调研报告的经验；
- 熟悉项目前期开发工作，人品端正，工作主动，责任心强，勤奋踏实，有团队合作意识；
- 负责对项目进行市场调研，对地块周边竞品价格、户型、去化量、配置及主卖点进行研究分析，出具可行性分析报告。
