全面负责完成商业公司各商业项目的市场调查、定位、招商相关工作，主要负责完成公司品牌资源库的建立，提升公司招商团队的综合招商能力，整合公司招商资源在规定的时间内完成各商业项目的招商任务。汇报对象为商业公司总经理。

任职条件
学历：大专及以上 工作经验：10年及以上及以上 年龄：28-40岁 性别：不限 驾照：不要求
1、教育背景：专科及以上学历，工商管理、经济学、管理学、房地产经营管理等相关专业；
2、工作经验：10年以上同行业工作经验，3年以上本岗位工作经验；
3、知识技能：熟悉商业地产项目招商流程，具备较强的市场洞察力、招商谈判力、沟通协调力及执行力。熟悉商业地产项目策划推广、营运及物业方面相关工作。
