TITLE
- Senior HR Manager / HR Manager of IFM Central China
BUSINESS UNIT
- Human Resource , Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)
REPORTING TO
- HR Business Partner of IFM China
POSITION GOALS
- Support IFM China HR BP to implement the HR project / program,, policies and processes in country to support the growth of the IFM Central China business. Work with the IFM Central China business leaders to achieve profitability and business objectives, by helping them to build high performing teams, deliver superior people practices and positioning Jones Lang LaSalle as an "employer of choice". To deliver high quality HR service by leading the IFM Central China HR team and mainly focus on training and recruitment function.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- HR Program/Project - assist the IFM China HR BP to plan, develop and execute the human resources project/program and policy for IFM.
Talent Acquisition
- focus on IFM Central China talent acquisition, need to creatively plan on how to attract the limited talent in the market and from competitors and how to improve the efficiency of the team by reviewing current recruitment process and procedure. Lead the team to further dig into the market and search the talent everywhere through smart approach method. Position Jones Lang LaSalle as an "employer of choice" in the market through recruitment process as long term strategy and plan.
Learning & Development
- review needs and delivery (through internal/external resources) of training programs. Motivate, coach and guide Team Leaders and Facility Managers in developing own staff. Advise Facility Managers on the set up and review of staff IPMP. Ensure there are clear consequences for performance and non-performance. To be the trainer for the training program initiated from HR side. Be responsible for the training preparation & execution locally for IFM Central China.
Operational Efficiency
- Supervise and coordinate the implementation and maintenance of all HR systems including IPMP, PS, remuneration, resource planning, recruitment, induction, learning & development. Maintain employee records, including performance and remuneration information to ensure the ongoing integrity of HR systems. Be the central point of contact for queries on all HR issues for the IFM Central China. Maintain internal service standards for the HR function to support the business. Monitor employee relation issues and legislation and ensure compliance. Manage total compensation process from recommendation, review to final compensation letters and payout. Responsible for all HR vendor management for IFM Central China. Have responsibility to lead IFM Central China HR team to deliver high quality HR service to IFM group.
Transitions Management
- together with the IFM China HR BP and IFM Transitions Team to execute the HR responsibilities for the transition-in or out of the accounts / project
