The Responsibilities:

?？ ？To define, plan and execute the marketing strategy necessary for maximizing sales, market shares and margins (with the Products Division) in China.

? Carry out the marketing and business development activities for the demand creation for Standard Memories, RF Memories and Transceiver products.

?？ ？To identify new opportunities in collaboration with MMS marketing team & the sales forces for technical solutions & focus applications.

1) Marketing Management
- Responsible for sustainable growth of MMY Business in China, that will outperform the market growth and meet /exceed company's fiscal targets.
- Drive the demand creation activities thru design-in and market share increase initiative.
- Define and lead the company resources to develop emerging new customers featuring high potential growth or SAM through constant coordinated promotion actions and business review
- Ensure constant support to the GC sales organization (including distributors), by driving adequate pricing policy, outstanding service & technical support, and regular business review with business partners.

2) Product Promotion & Awareness increase
- Advertising, localization, join ST or relevant industry seminars, roadshows, customer technical day, product trainings etc.
- To define & deploy incentive program, marketing initiative, etc.



Candidate Profile:
? Minimum 5 years of related working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in the area of marketing or field application related to RFID & NFC.
? Graduated with minimum a bachelor degree in electronics engineering, or related fields.
? Able to communicate effectively and conduct presentation in both Chinese and English (writing & speaking)
? Result oriented and self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to travel when required.
? Knowledge of ISO 15693 RF interface application and NFC eco-system will be an advantage.
? Prerequisites: Good presentation skills, people interactive skills,
? Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (power point, excel worksheet, etc…)
