职位描述
职位：淘宝美工/平面设计
工作地点：上海
主要职责：
*根据公司品牌文化，负责公司天猫旗舰店的整体形象创意设计；
*负责相关店面装饰、页面广告、相关专题海报等广告及图片的创意美术设计和制作；
*店铺促销期间的设计排版及促销宣传版面，配合推广人员制作推广宣传图、直通车及各种展位推广页面及图片的设计和制作；
* 对新产品进行排版，处理产品照片，并结合产品的特性制作吸引购买力的描述模板；
* 配合店铺销售活动，定期更新店铺主页，美化产品图片和页面，优化产品描述；
*领导交付的其他设计工作。
任职资格：
* 大专及以上学历, 美术、平面设计或相关专业从事平面设计或淘宝店铺美工1年以上的工作经验；
*精通淘宝网店装修设计，有皇冠级或旗舰网店担任过产品、页面设计经验，或会写一些页面动态代码者优先；
*有扎实的美术功底，具有较强的店铺网页设计、视觉美化能力、色彩运用能力与创意设计能力；
*能熟练使用Photoshop、CorelDRAW、AI、Flash、Dreamweaver等软件；会摄影者优先；
能长期稳定工作；
*具有良好的职业素养、敬业精神及团队精神，擅于沟通，工作态度认真积极，有自主工作意识，善于计划并执行力强，有责任感，学习能力强；
*投简历时请附上设计作品。
