知识技能：了解点线面的关系及构成，具备一定的工程知识，能够阅读和理解汽车工程图纸，懂得相关油泥工具的使用和材料的性能，了解油泥模型制作的流程
工作经验：有两年以上相关工作经验
工作能力：
（1）熟练掌握相关测量软件，能熟练操作相关设备，懂得合理使用相关的工具和材料；
（2）能够进行英语资料的阅读，并能用英语进行一般的交流；
（3）能够独立完成小比例油泥模型的制作以及全尺寸内外饰模型的制作，了解和掌握油泥模型内外饰骨架的设计和制作，能利用灯光和其他的方式找出不良的曲面、曲线并进行修正，能够完成较为复杂的曲面制作；
（4）了解汽车的工程结构，理解并懂得工程尺寸的重要性和关联性，能够控制复杂的工程尺寸；
（5）能理解设计师提供的效果图或者是草图，并能够将其转化成合理的三维模型。
（6）具有良好的沟通能力、理解能力、表达能力和团队合作精神，具备自我学习、自我完善能力。工作主动进取，具备较强的责任心及动手能力。在完成本职工作的同时能协助他人，并乐意听取别人的意见。
