Responsibilities


1.This person is responsible for new product development and project management. The current project will be more machine focus therefore a rich experience in machinery and automation is required.
2.Lead multi-functional teams in a matrixes management structure to coordinate and drive projects to successful completion. Develop project plans and coordinate with different parties to achieve milestones and have the results implemented in production.
3.Act as a technical expert in each project to guide, mentor and stimulate creative thinking and systematic problem solving.
4.Develop technical and managerial expertise of team members.


Qualifications


1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design, automation etc.
2.Above 10 years of experience in mechanical design, automation, liquid food packaging, high-volume manufacturing, project management in a matrix environment.
3.?Mechanical design, automation, auto CAD, new product introduction process, BOM, change control process, high-volume manufacturing etc. Packaging industry knowledge is highly desired.

?Fluent written and spoken English. Be able to directly communicate to native English speakers.
