Key Responsibilities:
岗位职责：
1.Manage whole operation and CS department under an orderly and efficiency status. Well organize all kinds of resource, make reasonable work flow and develop operational strategy, depress CS/operation cost, to achieve business target.
负责客服/操作部的有序管理，有效安排各类资源，合理规划和实施作业战略，降低作业成本，确保公司指标的实现．
2.Coordinate with other department to consistently improve overall service levels and achieve business target.
负责本部门与公司其它职能部门的协调，共同完成公司的各项营业指标．
3.Responsible for operation/CS staff training and performance evaluation.
负责部门员工的培训及工作绩效的考评．
4.To ensure all operational procedures and processes are complied with and constantly seek improvement to meet with customers’ expectation/requirement.
制定、整理作业流程，经常地寻求改进流程以符合客户的需求．
5.To ensure EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) in warehouse. 保证仓库的卫生及安全．
6.To ensure good communication with all level of staff. 保证与各个层面员工的良好交流．
7.Making annual work plan and budget. 负责部门年度工作计划和预算的制定．
8.Make logistics solutions and costing for existing or new client/project. 为新老客户或项目设计物流方案及报价．
9.DC layout design and set up. 仓库布局设计及建立．
10.Identify areas of improvements. 确定改进的范围．

11.Oversee the overall operation including sales and marketing, client relation and operation. 监督整个操作包括销售、市场营销、客户关系和仓库操作。

Required Skills and Experiences:
岗位能力要求：
1.Background: 5+ years working experience in Warehousing Management and Customer Services.
5年以上第三方物流管理/客服管理经验；
2.College degree or above.
本科及本科以上学历；
3.Good in oral or written English
能熟练的使用英文进行书面或口头交流；
4.Able to work under pressure in a busy environment.
能够在压力下和在繁忙的环境中工作；
5.Good command of office software.
会使用办公软件；
6.Ability to plan and organize workload.
能够计划和组织自我的工作；
7.Good communication skills.
良好的沟通协调能力；
8.Strong ethics with impeccable integrity.
