We are seeking innovative and motivated individuals to apply for the following position
Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities:
Coordinates jobs with the operations team.
Communicates with the client on collection and delivery of documents.
Updates the clients on shipments status.
Manages all documentation required, including insurance and customs documents to ensure a streamlined process.
Day to day management of third parties involved in the moving process.
Assures a high level of client satisfaction in order that the client will act as a reliable and enthusiastic reference for Crown.
