General Responsibilities:

Daily handling work

EDI system Working

Billing
Assist supervisor to optimize the products and achieve lowest technical rate

Detailed Responsibilities:

Provide good handling service to DSV branches, communicates with branch offices on daily basis.

Give co-loader / handling agents the handling instruction

Collect shipments information from DSV branches and keep branch offices nformed with all statues of shipments statues

Check shipping documents

Create Consol No. in EDI; Consol Cost distributions in EDI

Pre-alert Issue cost list to related branches on weekly basis

Check airline’s debit notes and co-loader’s debit notes

Share and exchange all shipment information with GTW colleagues.

Support GTW colleagues to make consolidations, inform Branch offices for the arrangement and keep GTW OP informed for the updates about consolidation.

Communications

Internal – DSV BJS/ TSN / TAO / DLC / SHE / SHA / XMN Branch, provide good service to Branches, and maintain good working relationship with Branches

External – Handling agents, maintain the working relationship with them, review the agent performances, propose further
suggestions
