Job Summary
As a member of the Red Hat People Team (HR) Operations team, the Coordinator is responsible for playing an integral role in supporting all recruiting efforts by preparing employment contracts and obtaining local signatures, scheduling and coordinating candidate meetings with hiring managers throughout the company, maintaining our applicant tracking system, and contributing to other HR activities as assigned.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Coordinate Hiring and other HR activities for the APAC Region:
Prepare and distribute Employment Contracts as part of the Red Hat hiring process
Coordinate candidate interview schedules
Serve as main point of contact for candidates
Manage candidate reimbursement for interview travel expenses
Assist and participate in the planning and execution of events such as group interview days and professional organization meetings
Support interview coordination in other regions when required
Administer applicant tracking system to update, audit, and maintain candidate data
Manage the on-boarding process new-hires to include (but not limited to):
Creating and sending offer documents to new hires
Partner with other members of People Team to ensure smooth integration of new-hires into the company
Assist with documenting and updating existing team processes
Executing projects tasks as assigned
Required Skills
Fluent in English and Chinese
Acute attention to detail and strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills
Prior Human Resource experience
