职位描述
Roles and Responsibility:
· Building up strong working relationship with clients and their corresponding management levels.
· Actively manage the current clients and develop new clients to lead the account for further growth.
· Overall in charge of marketing strategies and growing the client portfolio revenues to reach the goals coach and lead your team thoroughly understand the fundamentals of clients' business.
· Establish Standardized processed for optimized clients management.
· Leading, coaching and developing a team between 5-20 people.
Requirements:
· Strong leadership, social ,interpersonal, selling and negotiation skills.
· Comprehensive understanding and experience of all pricing metrics.
· Able to deliver high quality results under time pressure.
· 5 years relevant working experience, profound knowledge about event marketing and branding theories. Brands automotive working experience is a big plus .
· Fluent English both in oral and written, mandarin is seen as a big advantage.
