Responsibility岗位职责：

1. Check all the dimensions and appearance for molding parts before work-order released and record related data

每班生产前进行生产尺寸及外观检验，记录质量状态.

2. Do sampling and finally check during mass produce and fill out related data reports生产认可结束后定期对注塑品进行抽检，终检并形成相应的记录报告

3. Assist quality engineers to deal with the customer’s complaint

对后道工序及客户抱怨的质量问题需要协助质量工程师进行处理和整改。

4. Do 100% inspection for special molding parts when necessary

个别注塑品质量不稳定时，需要对个别注塑品进行100%检验

5. Finish quality inspection、control and paper work in time according to the existing procedure and standards.

根据现行的有关规定和制度，按时完成质量检查与把关工作，及时完成生产报表数据的整理、验收工作

6. Do patrol in molding shop make sure all the operators do their job according to the working instruction. Have the right to stop produce during violation or do not accord with the quality and the requirement, and reported immediately;

巡检注塑机台，督促和检查现行的有关规定和制度的执行情况，并对操作工的操作方式给予指导，对于违反或不符合质量和设计要求的作业，有权提出制止，并立即上报；

Requirement岗位要求：

1. Junior college or equivalent education background, At least 2 years work experience in molding inspection

大专或同等学历,有2年以上注塑行业检验工作经验；

2. Be familiar with plastic material characteristics, injection molding process is perfect

最好熟悉塑料原料特性，注塑工艺流程；

3. Skilled in using of caliper, micrometer, plug gauge, projectors, Mitutoyo video microscopy testing instruments and so on

熟练使用游标卡尺，千分尺，塞规，投影仪，三丰视频显微镜等检测仪器；

4. With a computer operation ability and can complete the documents independence

拥有一定的计算机操作能力，能独立完成各类报表的填写；

5. Understand mechanical drawing and can read related drawings

了解机械制图并能读懂工艺图纸

6. Work hard and smart, good interpersonal and communication skill

能吃苦能适应倒班制度,沟通能力强,工作认真负责。
