岗位职责：
1、负责完成工程项目的采购任务，控制采购成本；
2、调查、分析和评估市场，进行价格谈判、产品质量控制和材料数据库的建立等；
3、材料进场检验，数量和外观资料的检查，检查记录的填写；
4、熟知各种工程材料的性能、价格、产地、用途；
5、熟悉工程施工流程，物资采购流程，确保项目进度计划；
6、参与大型设备或重要材料的现场验收。
任职资格：
1、大专以上学历（经验丰富者，可以考虑中专学历）；
2、年以上装饰施工企业材料采购管理工作经验；
3、具备良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和成本意识；
4、有良好的职业道德和团队协作精神，为人正直诚实，能够承受较大工作压力；
5、能够熟练运用常用办公软件；
6、持材料员岗位证书及职称证书者优先
