Job description

We are looking for an exceptional, experienced industry consultant with a proven track record of results advising banking customer to deploy infrastructure related solutions, preferably in Cloud/Virtualization/High availability solution in China. As an industry consultant, he/she has a thorough understanding of the nature of the business problems in a specific industry, and the products and solutions that provide value in solving those problems. He/she is knowledgeable in the trends and directions of the industry, the marketplace, and the players. He/She should has outstanding skill on both IT service project engagement and delivery, and also has strong leadership ability to guide a team on both engagement and delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Strong academic background, with a bachelor’s degree in business or computer science

10 years+ experience in IT consulting, including :

- Information system architecture planning / design / implementation project experience, and the practical experience of project management, in one or some specific industries.

- IT management consultation / design / implementation of the project, and the practical experience of project management, in one or some specific industries.

- Familiar with industry business and IT system architecture

- Familiar with IT architecture planning and management method

- Familiar with IT management and governance methods and related models (Cobit, ITILv3)

Key Competencies:

Consultative in style and the proven ability to sell at C-level.

Deep insight of Banking business and application system.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both senior business and IT managers within large enterprise organizations.

Must have the ability to grasp new technology concepts quickly and think creatively.

Ability to identify and resolve objections and sales barriers quickly and with integrity, and to deliver consulting report with high quality to gain customer satisfaction.

Personal Qualities:

Highly self-motivated and driven. Competitive and target orientated but also a team player.

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Highly articulate with the ability quickly win the trust and confidence of colleagues, partners and clients at all levels.
