职位描述
Develops and implements sales.
Knowledge of biometric terminals market
Good knowledge of IT solution and customer governmental.
Responsibilities:
* Benchmarking of the product
* Ensures the benchmarking referring to the calls of tenders
* Knows the competitive positioning of his products
* Lobbying customers and prospects
* Canvasses for marketing business (exhibitions, etc)
* Draws up the responds to the calls of tenders with the programme
* Negotiates the proposals and signs the contracts according to the threshold level
* Manages the customer relationship, including during the programme life cycle by ensuring all commitments are fulfilled
* Ensures the payment of invoices by customers in coordination with the accounts department
* Issues the planning and forecasts of his accounts
Participate to define the business development strategy.
* Evaluate the market by undertaking Market Survey and Products requirements
* Analyze competition and evolution of the market shares
Ensures the customer relationships quality
Communicates on the overall know-how of the department / Company
Participates in the bid/no bid process.
Required Experience:
* Experience between 3 to 5 years
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Education:
* Master degree (Sales and Marketing)
* Extensive knowledge of Chinese identification market
* Good knowledge of IT configuration
* Fluent in English or French
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
* Understanding of customer
* International context of negotiation
* Cultural open -mindedness
* Ability to work independently
* Able to work under pressure
* Biometrics background
