岗位职责：
1. 负责研发相关培训课件，讲师手册，学员手册等；
2. 负责各项培训工作的规划、实施及总结反馈，并负责监督执行情况；
3. 负责新进员工的岗前培训和后续相关的员工培训辅导的管理及跟进工作；
4. 根据培训需求开发并讲授业务相关知识、销售技能等课程，同时进行评估与跟踪；
5. 完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职资格：
1）金融专业本科学历，且金融业2年以上培训经验；
2）如非金融专业，则需5年以上金融业培训经验；
3）具备金融类课程自主开发能力，系统且娴熟的授课能力；
4）有P2P 行业经验优先考虑。
