岗位职责：
1、整理新客户档案，将新客户资料录入数据库，并编号、入柜；
2、协助客户签署展期合同；
3、写评估报告；
4、负责整理客户信息，在客户展期日提前联系客户，并做好展期合同；
5、完成领导交办的其他工作；
6、完成客户结清、解押等工作；
7、与其他各个部门做好对接工作。

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，金融、经济、管理、营销等相关专业，条件优秀者可适当放宽，文秘，档案管理等相关专业；
2、较强的服务意识，熟练使用电脑办公软件；
3、具备良好的协调能力、沟通能力，负有责任心，具有亲和力；
4、普通话准确流利；
5、具备一定商务礼仪知识。
