Oracle Financial
Applications are the centralized components of Oracle Applications
suite, enabling companies to streamline financial transactional
processing while improving cash flow, optimizing customer
relationships, and providing strategic information. It provides the
flexibility to meet the demands of a global market with strong
financial controls to assist in instilling corporate and fiscal
discipline and achieve organizational efficiency. We are a team of
highly motivated and self-driven contributors who will be working on
various Oracle Fusion Financials or E-Business Suite Financials new
products or features development in the areas such as Receivables,
Billing, Payment, Credit Management, Globalization features, etc.
We not only work with state-of-the-art technology but also strive to
deliver innovative next generation Fusion products on a critical
market space for Oracle with the highest quality and best user
experience. This team will be reporting directly to Oracle
Headquarter.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work closely with
Strategy/Product Managers to understand business requirements,
functional designs, and implementations.
2. Provide technical
design leadership and expertise in the development of products,
services and processes using cutting-edge technology.
3. Conduct
technical designs, coding and unit testing based on Oracle
solution/development processes, standards and methodologies to make
final deliverables of high quality.
4. Conduct peer code review or
supervise junior members to ensure quality and performance for
deliverables.
5. Define standard practices and procedures for
software development. Define and verify configuration of new
technologies to be used in Oracle Applications.
6. Analyze,
troubleshoot and resolve bugs or customer issues with QA team or
support engineers.
7. Support customer implementation to ensure
customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. BS and/or MS
degree in computer science or equivalent
2. 2+ years working
experience on Oracle Applications technical consulting or
development.
3. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

4. Good development experiences in following areas
- OAF
-
PL/SQL
- BI Publisher
- Workflow
- Oracle Form
- Java
application
5. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

6. Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English

7. Self-motivated, customer focus, team player and results
oriented
8. Functional knowledge and experiences in Oracle EBS
11i/R12 would be a plus
9. Positive attitude and good work ethics
is a must
