职位描述
工作职责：
1.负责收集、分析、汇总及观察评估供应商信息，与供应商建立良好的关系；
2..负责与供货厂商采购合同及协议的签订与实施，确认及跟踪采购订单；
3.开发新的供应渠道和供应商，对供应商进行动态评估、控制、分级工作；
4.负责及时协调解决采购物料、生产使用、客户服务过程中所产生的供货及质量问题。
5、出货前检验

任职要求：
1.统招全日制本科以上学历，化工、机械、农业专业尤佳。
2.二年以上外贸企业采购管理经验；
3.熟悉采购流程，掌握供应商管理、招投标管理、合同管理知识，负责供应商开发、淘汰及资格审查；熟悉合同法；
4.具备优秀的语言表达及沟通能力、协调能力、亲和力和敏锐的洞察能力及分析判断能力。
5.商务英文听说读写流利。
