Summary
Provides broad range of human resource generalist support to China R&D Center (CRDC) and acts as coordinator for CRDC HR related matters by working closely with and under CRDC HR Lead. Mainly responsible for recruitment coordination, on-boarding & off-boarding process, data maintenance, HR operation, and other relevant HR support to the functional departments in CRDC.

Key Result Areas
· Recruitment Support:
- Provide support on recruitment plan to meet business needs
- Prepare recruitment ads., arrange posting both internal and external
- Work with functional departments to arrange and coordinate interviews with high efficiency
- Timely on-boarding new hires
- Maintain applicant resume and contact information for possible business needs
· HR Operation:
- Maintain personnel information according to requirement by HR system and relevant HR processes / procedures
- Provide support on HR policies’ modification or update and ensure effective and efficient implementation
- Generate or consolidate relevant information for analysis and management report
- Support on-boarding / off-boarding process and ensure seamless internal communication and processes
- Prepare HR related documents as required
· Project Coordination:
- Involve or provide support on certain projects initiated by HR or business departments, if necessary (e.g. Reward & Recognition program, internal communications…)
Key Competencies
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
· Good Interpersonal & communication skills
· Exhibit integrity, with strong sense of responsibility
· Efficiently follow-up and deliver result according to business needs
· Ability to manage multiple work activities
· Work cooperatively within team
Desirable Requirements
· Some knowledge in the relevant HR functional areas, such as labor relations, learning & development, compensation, HR system, etc
· Able to work effectively in a matrix organization and multi-cultural context

On October 31, 2005, Pfizer announced the official opening of China Research and Development Center (CRDC) in Shanghai. Pfizer Global Research and Development’s Center is mainly engaged in drug development activities. Much of the facility's capacity is devoted to the study design, data management and statistical analysis of global phase I-IV clinical trials, as well as the clinical study report process. In addition, CRDC is a part of Pfizer global Safety and Risk Management and covers the functions of safety data processing and assessment. The center also trains Pfizer employees in China and throughout the Asia region in internationally recognized Good Clinical Practice standards.
