Position Summary:
This position is responsible for establishing and developing long-term strategic relationship with government and relevant department. Tasked to build effective communication channel, and acquire important policy, regulatory changes and trend of development.

Internal Contacts: Marketing, Business Line, Sales, Operations, Regional Management and Professional Services teams
External Contacts: Government Organizations, Institutions, Industry/Trade Associations

Key Responsibilities:
1.Assist to develop and implement Intertek China GA strategy and plan
2.Develop and maintain a diverse network of government, associations, and associated bodies
3.Monitor the policy & regulatory changes, and interpret related laws & regulations to identify opportunities and risks to the business and provide proposal to respond
4.Collaborate with central marketing & PR team on the development and implementation of relevant stakeholder communication tools
5.Strengthen communication between government and senior management of Intertek and assist to arrange the corporate executive and government high-level visit
6.Support and work with Business Line and Regional teams for communication and reputation and other necessary issues
7.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned or directed.

Required Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.Over five years of working experience in the government organizations and/or multi-national corporations with solid experience in central government relations
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4.Ability to understand complex issues quickly
5.Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
