POSITION SUMMARY

PURPOSE
The Mission for WW Cloud ISV Sales team is;
? Contribute partner’s rapid business growth by developing “born in the cloud
service”
? Generate new revenue sources for existing Oracle Business Units
(Cloud to On-premise service infrastructure)
BACKGROUND

Oracle Cloud is a broad set of industry-standards based, integrated services that provide customers with subscription-based access to Oracle Platform Services, Application Services and Social Services, all completely managed, hosted and supported by Oracle.
Oracle Cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS) strategy is to offer a complete and comprehensive set of cloud services that allow developers to build rich applications and business users to harness the platform. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) offers a set of core infrastructure capabilities like elastic compute and storage to provide customers the ability to run any workload in the cloud.
The Cloud ISV Business Unit is a global sales organization responsible for Cloud sales to ISVs who are developing their solutions on the Oracle Public Cloud, integrating or extending the Oracle CX Solutions. The candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a strategic Cloud business unit at Oracle.

REPORTING STRUCTURE
The role will report into WW Cloud ISV Sales management team and will work closely with the local WW ISV/OEM sales teams, particularly at the Partner’s HQ.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
? Develop and Execute a territory business plan to manage and grow revenue from year to year
? Carry both a revenue and MBO target for the Oracle Cloud Services to be sold to Cloud ISVs
? Develop and grow Oracle Cloud Eco-system in the region/country
? Develop and maintain effective relationships with executives at all levels in the Cloud ISVs
? Identify, developing, and closing Oracle PaaS and IaaS sales with Cloud ISVs.
? Identify, recruit and migrate Cloud ISVs who have developed on competitor platforms
? Publish on Cloud ISV applications on Oracle Cloud Marketplace
