Retail Assistant / Marketing Executive
Advertising
- follow up with media sales about the quotation and material deadline
- Inform Germany advertising department of the advertising plan
- corresponding with Germany on image and ad issues
Admin
- flight ticket, hotel booking
- booking appointments
- meeting memo, organize all the daily and monthly report
- prepare PPT, words and other necessary files
- assort and organize all the contacts in the required format
outdoor and special display
- report light box and other shopping mall ad space availability
- corresponding with Germany on image production and related issues
- coordinate with Ad company on production and installation
VIP/ POS/ Store events
- contribute to ideas/ concept
- coordinate the setup and monitor the event
- invite/inform our retail partner when is necessary and follow up
- hand in the report after the event
internal competition/ staff allocation
-internal competition planning execution
- Before product launch, provide catalogue, memo and order list for staff ordering
- Collect all forms and prepare excel order list for GM to confirm
- Report if there is any cases not allowed (such as over ordering, suspect not for personal usage)
- Once confirmed, prepare a form to Germany (Each form for each staff order by listing name)
potential location projects follow up
- meeting memo, collect and arrange the data to the required format
-updating the potential project list
Retail
- product info/ retail manual translation and distribution to all shops
- study store stock report, asset sales manager to do store transfer
- assist sales manager to prepare the training materials
-VIP list updating and maintain, SMS to VIP for promotion
-Follow the store visit check list and schedule to conduct store visit
Hand in all the store visit check list to GM weekly
AOB
