Project Manager – Shanghai & Beijing

DUTIES:

Reporting to the Director and handle all assigned duties for design and build of fitting out works and renovation projects, alteration and additions, statutory submission, licensing application, due diligence, site inspection, construction management and etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Holder of Degree in Interior Design/Architecture/Building/Construction Management

- 2 years of relevant working experience in fitting out works, renovation projects, alteration and addition works, project management, licensing application, costing and estimation and/or design works

- Good command of AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Photoshop and good knowledge of 3D Max is an advantage

- Good communication and interpersonal skills (both spoken and written English and Chinese)

- Good personal qualities of integrity, proactive, hardworking and well-organized

招聘室内设计装修项目经理：

职责：
向总监汇报并处理所有指定的设计和建造项目以及改造项目装配、变更和补充法定提交、许可申请,尽职调查、现场检查、施工管理等。

招聘要求：
1、室内设计或建筑施工管理相关专业，大专及以上学历
2、有5年以上相关工作经验，有餐饮店铺或银行装修工程的经验最佳，熟练掌握室内设计装修的各个流程，对方案深化及施工图、装修工程装备工作、改建和加建工程、许可申请、项目管理、成本估计有一定的理解与执行能力,能独立完成项目施工报告。
3、熟练掌握CAD、photoshop、Excel, Word等相关绘图软件，若熟悉 3D Max则更佳
4、拥有良好的沟通能力与人际关系(中英文口语表达及书面文字均能进行正常交流)
5、拥有良好的个人素质,积极、勤奋、为人诚信、做事有条理
6、能接受出差者优先。
