Responsibilities

工作职责：
1. Participate in market analysis, collect competitor information. Develop business strategy and expansion plan and fulfill it. Develop various sales channels to achieve sales target.

参与市场分析,收集整理竞争信息。制定销售策略和业务拓展方案并落实，开发各种销售渠道，实现销售目标。

2.Establish and maintain customer data base

建立并维护客户数据库；

3.Visit customers on regular basis , win potential customers, build good relationship with customers.

定期拜访客户，挖掘潜在客户。建立良好的客户关系。

4.Negotiate contract conditions with customers

与客户商务谈判
5. Work in close cooperation with Business Director to ensure contract execution

和业务总监密切配合，保证合同顺利执行

6. Measure the customer satisfaction with customer feedback about the quality of our services

收集客户对公司服务的反馈，测评客户满意度

7.Report commercial activities/result and KPI on weekly basis

每周汇报销售活动/成果及其KPI

Requirements

任职要求:

1. More than 2 years’ market developing experience, previous experience in Quality Services company/Product Certification and Consulting company/Lab/Training Institution is preferred.

2年以上市场开发工作经历;有质量咨询公司/产品认证咨询机构/实验室/培训/从业经验者优先考虑。

2. Have good knowledge in Automotive industry, Have science or engineering educational background.

对汽车行业有一定的了解，具有理工学科背景。

3. Good command of English and computer skills

优秀的英文和计算机操作能力,能和外国人流利口语交流。

4. Creative and innovative, able to work under pressure, good execution, can develop sales independently.

勇于创新并敢于承担压力, 具有良好的执行力，能够独立开展相应的销售工作

5. Good skills in marketing and sales

良好的市场开拓和销售技巧

6. Capability to develop new services and business opportunities

有能力开发新服务，发掘销售机会

7．Team-spirited, good skill in communication and negotiation

良好的团队意识，沟通和谈判技巧
