Resource Management:
Provide direction for a team of CST engineers. Coach and mentor staff to achieve operational excellence.
Job Summary/Focus:
1. Serve as a leader and role model to drive quality and customer satisfaction to support and enhance the overall customer experience.
2. This leadership role is a key position due to the scope of responsibility such as: strategy development; problem solving; final decision making authority, customer satisfaction, part/vehicle quality (reliability and durability) and corrective action deployment to all stakeholders.
3. Regular dialogue with Sr. Leadership on topics such as; recommendations on business enhancements, operational changes and critical customer field issues and global outlook.
4. Additionally, the role provides management guidance to coach and motivate the workforce, emphasizing process improvement, and skill enhancement for all levels of management and establish future strategy for key customer satisfaction indicators.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Overall customer quality for all products build and/or sold in APAC Markets.
2. Warranty improvements to achieve our corporate targets, and ensure lessons learned are shared across all our products.
3. Lead all coordination of field service actions (RRT/TSB) from cradle - grave.
4. Present and make recommendations on critical customer quality issues to Sr. Leadership.
5. Recruit and maintain strong operational quality team capable of addressing difficult issues/problems that customers experience.
6. Set direction for the preparation and delivery of regular management reports on the daily/weekly/monthly operations status.
7. Make recommendations for organizational improvements to better support the Customer Experience.
