Job Description
1. Lead the development of specifications for Switch (Steering Wheel Switches (SWS), Headlamp Switch, Fuel Door release switch, horns, Unvisible switches (Clutch, Brake, Hood), Internal light switch…)
1) ->Lead development of component functional specification
2) ->Evaluate and assess potential suppliers for telematic components
3) ->With Tier I suppliers develop component DFMEA and DVP&Rs
4) ->With Tier I supplier develop & validate components
2. Review with supplier for key components selection, concept design analysis and schematic creation
3. Review and verification with supplier for various Switch (Steering Wheel Switches (SWS), Headlamp Switch, Fuel Door release switch, horns, Unvisible switches (Clutch, Brake, Hood), Internal light switch…) unit design, EMC, vehicle bus interfaces, etc.
4. Support an implementation of Chrysler product development process / quality operation system and ensure the milestone deliverables completed on time with quality.
5. Support all APQP activities including PPAP sign-off.
Qualifications:
1. Skilled in written English and fluent in spoken English;
2. Professional in MS office and related project management tools;
3. understand Quality process
Functionality Skills and Technical skills
1. Expert in mechanical design and good understanding on Material design.Rich experience in create moduel by using CAD tools (UG).
2. Understand in Analog (monolithic and discrete linear amplifiers, switching power supplier, filters, etc.), digital hardware design (DSP, microcontrollers, flash memory, DRAM, FPGA, EMC/EMI, etc.) circuits
3. Professional experience in Switch (Steering Wheel Switches (SWS), Headlamp Switch, Fuel Door release switch, horns, Unvisible switches (Clutch, Brake, Hood), Internal light switch…) development
4. Familiar with Vehicle E/E architecture and in vehicle network is preferred
Mgt and Leadership Skills
1. Excellent leadership and management skill. Must be able to harmonize and coordinate issues across different function disciplines and different sites with timely manner. Take initiative tofind out problems and coordinate to figure out problems. Strong independent management capability;
2. Responsibility, Integrity, Be passionate about achieving -Pursue everything with energy, drive and a need to succeed;
3. Team work and good communication skill;
4. Have the energy to deliver - Translate ideas into actions that drive results/ Overcome fatigue and stress;
Experience and education
1. BS or MS in Mechanical/Material/Electrical/Electronics
2. 4+ years of professional experience in Mechnical product development experience.
3. 6+ years professional experience in Switch (Steering Wheel Switches (SWS), Headlamp Switch, Fuel Door release switch, horns, Unvisible switches (Clutch, Brake, Hood), Internal light switch…) development.
4. Familiar with automotive industry development process and quality process (V process, APQP, TS16949 etc.);
5. Famous Tier one supplier work experience is preferred
