Responsibilities:
1.Executes field construction activities in conformance with project drawings, specifications schedules, cost estimates, procedures, quality requirements and safety standards;
2.Construction resources including materials, furnitures, and M&E equipment;
3.Provides record for the development of project schedules in cooperation with the constructo rs and engineers and planners;
4.Ensures that daily and weekly short- range planning is maintained down to the foreman level;
5.Manages the contractual commitments of constructors, including cost, quality, and schedule and coordinates their field activities.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Architecture/ Project management or other engineering disciplines.Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related industry, of which, at least 3 years of experience in project construction and management.
2.Good experience in project construction control or EPC environment.
3.Excellence on communication and coordination with client/owner, even with engineer and desi gners.
4.Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skill,as well as project construction management skill.
5.Fluent speaking and writing in English.
