平面设计师
工作职责：
1. 工作地点位于客户市场部，与客户沟通取得工作指示，确保所设计的产品与客户预期以及项目整体目标相一致；
2. 能够承受压力，在繁忙快节奏的环境下按期提交优秀的产品设计；
3. 作为eg+与客户沟通的桥梁，要始终坚持为客户提供高质量高标准的服务；
4. eg+中国上海、大连的设计团队会给您相应的支持；

任职要求：
1. 5-7年的高级设计师工作经验-视觉或平面设计，有POSM相关经验；
2. 强大的创意设计理念；
3. 有能力为创意设计挑战提供多元化多样式的战略性解决方案；
4. 向客户展示理念时，有能力启发及说服客户；
5. 能在项目开启时，努力承担管理职责；
6. 能够寻找到合适的方式来加强团队合作能力；
7. 高效应用Adobe Creative Suite软件，能应用3D技术者优先考虑；
8. 能够应用各种各样的媒介生成最终文件；
9. 愿意驻客户端一周五天全日制工作；

Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work directly alongside the Shopper Marketing department taking briefing from the client and ensuring design is consistent with client expectations and overall project goals.
2. You thrive under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment balancing tight deadlines with great design.
3. You act as the eg+ interface to the client and will need to uphold a high standard of quality and customer service.
4. An extended team of designers and artwork specialists will support you from our eg+ offices in Shanghai and Dalian, China.

Qualification:
1. 5-7 year experience working in a senior level design role – visual communications or graphic design – with POSM related experience.
2. A strong portfolio of creative work.
3. Ability to provide multiple, varied, and strategic solutions to creative challenges.
4. Ability to inspire and persuade while presenting concepts to clients.
5. Ability to initiate projects and assume management responsibilities when called upon.
6. Solid teamwork skills, and an inspirational manner.
7. High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software. 3D ability a plus.
8. Must be able to produce final files for a variety of mediums.
9. Willingness to work on site with client 5 days a week.
