ABOUT THE JOB:

Welcome visitors, receive telephone with proper manner

Facility management including Maintain office lounge, IT, storage room, pantry, printing area.

Monthly update staff’s contact list

Be responsible for logistics on Conference as required;

Take care of office machine, like copier, fax, projector, and contact with technician for daily maintenance

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as required

Assist colleagues on booking air tickets, accommodation, visa, etc.

Maintain administration documents

Coordinate with colleagues for daily administration work

Other office issues assigned


Requirements:

University/college degree

Familial with Microsoft Office.

Good Communication stills, Service oriented, willing help others.

High level of self motivation, self-initiative and flexibility.
