Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales volume and revenue in China area. The industries served are including Cosmetic brush, Toothbrush, Industrial brush and other brush industries.
1. Achieve & exceed sales target in the assigned territory by managing existing customers and developing new business and applications.
2. Manage key accounts & distributors in assigned territory to ensure superior service.
3. Ensure on time payment of customer orders.
4. Ensure accurate customer forecast and monthly on time data input.
5. Working with technical, quality and supply chain team to provide superior service to customers.
6. Develop in-depth understanding on key filaments endues applications and value chain knowledge to maintain market share and capture business growth.
7. Identify and communicate market-trends and specific needs generated from market trends for a product development opportunities.
8. Build up competitive intelligence knowledge of in-kinds and non in-kinds.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or master degree in polymer, chemistry or chemical engineering is preferred.
2. Above 5 -8 years sales experience in related or similar industry.
3. Be able to deliver results and work under tough market situation.
4. Be able to build and retain customer and customer top management relationship.
5. Technical experience and knowledge in served industries are strong plus.
6. Analytical, facts driven, able to translate customer needs into a value proposition.
7. Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work independently or within a team.
8. Demonstrated ability to build and leverage networks.
9. Good English communication and computer competencies.
