Main Responsibilities:
Client Service:
Lead the further development of relationships with existing key clients.
Research Management:
- Contribute to the achievement of team revenue and profit targets.
- Responsible for leading the development of proposals/ pitches to clients, and demonstrating
strong research expertise in providing consulting and solutions to our clients’ business issues.
- Responsible for ensuring that the communication, research process, delivery and presentation are aligned to client expectations and standards.
- The Associate Director will be expected to contribute to departmental or team targets by
1. Having overall responsibility for part of the annual targets
2. Mentoring RM's and below (business development, account handling, research projects)
3. Developing new accounts or sectors and business
People Development:
- Lead a business line within the China IPD sector.
- Support the coaching, development and performance management of team members.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree
- 8-10 years’experience in market research or related field in China, either on the agency or client side.
- Strong and rich knowledge and analytical skills for customized research, particularly in the areas relating to Innovation & Product Development.
- Good industry knowledge of the FMCG category is preferred.
- High level of fluency in English and Chinese. Able to communicate effectively (oral and written) to native speakers.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Have supervisory experience.
- Self-motivated, full of passion, and inspire morale of the team
