Payroll Specialist

The position would directly report to Payroll Manager, below please refer to the job description:


Key performance areas:
·Be responsible for assigned company’s payroll administration, ensure timely and accurately delivery.
·Be responsible for payroll sub-process (such as expatriates and outsourced employees’ payroll) improving and optimizing.
·Coordinate with supplementary benefits vendors, maintain effective communication channels with vendors; ensure excellent benefit services delivery and satisfaction from internal customers.
·Assist manager review and check junior team member’s work.
·Handle daily queries and explain company's compensation and benefits policies to employees.
·Calculate C&B related data and provide reports upon request.
·Any other assignments assigned by the manager and HR department.

Your profile:
·Bachelor's degree, major in Human Resources will be preferred.
·Minimum of 3 years related working experience in multinational company.
·Skilful in MS Office Applications, especially requirement for good excel skills.
·Good command of English.
·Good attitude and teamwork spirit.
·Good communication and organization skills.
·Willing to learn.
·Sense of urgency and timely manner.
