Test SW Development Engineer
Location: Shenzhen
Position Details
R&D Test SW Development Engineer responsible for developing test automation solution to new telecom module and subsystem products with below major responsibilities
-Develop new test solution either by introducing new test methods, new software platform or whole new next generation test architecture
-Develop complete test hardware solution with both commercially available instruments and in-house build fixtures
-Develop software code based on test specification and test HW to enable the test automation both in lab and manufacturing environment
-Do analysis on test capability by leveraging GR&R and SPC tools
-Provide product trouble shooting support during NPI phase
-Provide technical solution to manufacturing for high visibility and challenging problems
Required Qualifications
-5+ years of industry experience with EE, CS or related engineering (Bachelor) degree and MS Preferred.
-Hands-on experience on setup, calibration and driver development for test instruments, e.g. OSA, PM, Switch, Oscilloscopes, Network analyzer, etc.
-Experience in VB, C/C++ and .Net programming
-Knowledge of analog and digital circuits. Capability of developing simple schematics for test fixtures or evaluation boards
-Optics communication background is preferred
-Familiar with GPIB, Ethernet, RS232 and I2C communication
-Good Command of English (reading, writing and speaking)
-Self-motivated and with good communication skill with team membe
