Job Description:
· Responsible for overall demand planning in business unit;
· Drive Monthly CDP meeting cycle with BU & Sales;
· Clean historical data and develop 18 months rolling sale forecast by using appropriate methodology for Retail.
· Drive consensus with BU & Sales to ensure forecast reflect the realistic demand;
· Analyze DPA failure & take necessary action to improve DPA;
· Ensure data synchronization between different system and release to supply planning;
· Implement standardized Demand Planning Best Practice processes and timing in line with overall corporate planning process.
· Raise level of credibility, relevance & professionalism throughout the planning functions;
· Work with LGO & GC AOA on GLOBE system improvement and new function implementation in Demand Planning area.

· Ability to manager people with teamwork spirit;
· Strategic Planning & organization ability; Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
Goods data & project management and analytical skills.
