Responsibilities:

• Leading North regional PT team, successfully achieve the work target

• Ensure that PUMA store image

• Ensure National guideline is execution in regional, and feedback regional question, find a balance and good solution
  严格执行总部的规范，同时及时反馈区域同规范不符合的案例，寻求平衡的解决办法
• Control cost
  在设计环节控制成本
• Achieve NR store opening target
  协助销售达成北区开店指标
• Weekly KPI tracking
  完成每周开店进度报告
• Monthly Project team report
  每月开店报告上交上海
• Quality control for Shop construction
  监控铺装修质量达标
• Completion of orders, Coordinated delivery(POP order)
  完成开店物料订单, 协调发货安排
• Shop replenishment maintenance
  店铺日常维护
• Training course
  销售人员/客户/供应商的相关培训
  

Requirements:

• Ideally, literacy and numeric qualifications at a high school level are required

• Three to five years of management experience in a focused, customer service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear)

• Experience managing multiple stores is required

• Strong leadership

• Good knowledge for retail operation

• Professional interior design background

• Good taste for design

• Good interpersonal skills

• Highly efficient with strong organizational skills

• The results as the guidance work attitude

• Strong PC skills – MS – Office suite, Lotus Notes, Internet

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
