职位描述
General Work Summary:
Manage the sales team in north region and develop the business in related channel.
岗位职责:
1. Plan, execute and manage sales operations in the national foodservice sector under the direction of the GM and Director.
按照公司所设定的方向去计划、执行和管理相关区域餐饮渠道的销售行动;
2. Lead, guide, manage and motivate each sales supervisor to develop and increase business under company’s policy.
在符合公司政策的情况下,带领、引导、管理和鼓励区域销售团队,发展和增加销售业绩,达成销售目标。
3. Constantly monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure all payments and collections are made on time and of the right amount;
负责所在销售区域的客户回款率。
4. Assist in organizing and executing events such as exhibition, road show, taste-test, sampling, presentation and such other activities;
协助,配合和执行相关销售活动,如展览会、路演、试吃、样品测试和其它类似活动;
5. Liaise and co-ordinate with various departments of the company to support sales members and customers on marketing and communication needs;
与公司内各部门联络与统筹,以支持和协助销售团队、客户及合作伙伴在销售、营销、和沟通上的需要;
6. From time to time assist and complete other tasks not listed within this job description that is assigned by the company and superiors, as well as helping other departments’ colleagues in their works when the need arises.
在有需要时,协助并完成公司和领导交付的其它工作,帮助其它部门的同事和他们的工作。
任职要求:
1. With minimum 5 years work experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage industries responsible for developing new accounts in respective channels. Target customer in hotel, restaurant, bakery, coffee and beverage chains or other relevant food service sector
5年以上餐饮或快速消费品行业的销售经验。 开发和管理过如下或相关渠道的客户:酒店、餐厅、烘焙、咖啡或饮料连锁等餐饮客户
2. Has customer resources, good business sense, strong communication skills and could perform under pressure or uncertainties
具有相关客户资源、具备良好的商业意识,较强的沟通技能,并能在压力下完成工作。
3. With team management working experience.
有相关的销售团队管理经验。
4. Be familiar with F&B products and its categorized pricing structure and be interested in developing career path in this industry
熟悉餐饮产品和相关价格体系,并且有意将餐饮行业作为长久的职业发展方向。
5. Be honest, confident, hardworking, responsible, and with proactive working attitude, and hope to get long-term career development with the company
诚实自信、有责任心,吃苦耐劳,并具备积极的工作态度。
6. Fluent in Chinese, Bachelor’s degree or above is needed as well as good command of English is preferred
本科以上学历,普通话流利和流畅的英语沟通能力
7. Skills of office software, word, excel, PPT
能够熟练使用Office,Word,Excel, PPT等办公软件
8. Frequent travel is required,three times per month.
能否频繁出差,频率最高为每月3次以上。
