职位描述
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Working with dept heads and plant manager on manpower planning and recruitment.
2.Defines, recommends and implements employee communication strategies, plans, policies and guidelines in accordance with company’s culture and enhance employees’ engagement.
3.Supervise labor relationship management: labor contract signing, social insurance implementation, and personnel file management and completing human resource information pool.
4.Carry out and implement labor law and regulation of nation and local government.
5.Develop, improve and implements various people development tools to motivate employee by defining their career development path.
6.Analyzes, defines, promotes, implements and controls the training and development policies for the company, in order to adapt the competencies to its needs.
7.Monitor to maintain all personnel files and records, updates HR IT system and headcount reports.
8.Supervise HSE team and track HSE related indicates.
Qualification and Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
2.5+ years work experience in HR related functions, at least 2 years experience in manufacturing environment, automotive industry preferred
3.Strong capability to quickly understand business operations; service-minded, accountable, passionate and self motivated.
