Responsibilities
? Leading a team to conduct forensic enquiries and engagements;
? Taking lead in developing and presenting deliverable to clients;
? Building good relationship with clients’ senior management;
? Assisting partners in marketing initiatives and practice development;
? Planning and allocating staff resources to fulfill business requirements; and
? Setting objectives with the team, providing support and coaching to more junior staff.
Experience
? Five to ten years' related working experience, including forensic accounting and/or financial investigations, internal audit, compliance, risk management, Big 4 audit experience;
? Investigation experience with a law enforcement agency, regulatory agency or from a professional consulting environment would be valuable but is not essential;
? Experience in project management and management of portfolio of clients;
? Strong communication and report writing skills in both English and Chinese;
? A good team player with excellent analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
? Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Education and Professional Certifications
? Bachelor degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management or Law;
? CPA qualification is a plus.
? Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
