职位描述

Overview
To be part of Business Processing Group to closely work with Sales, Finance, Factory and external accounts to deliver an efficient order entry process including pre-approval, contract preparation & review, logistic & supply chain management, and conduct analysis/monitoring report in the assigned category & regions.


Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for sales or purchase contract execution, including contract pre-review, contract documents preparation and sign standard contract.
2. Liaise with factories logistics' people for overseas machine shipment. Sending shipping instruction and preparing/ draft documentation to conform Letter of Credit.
3. Inform customer or sales engineer for products status, following each expedite order till completion.
4. Processing-related tasks assigned by Manager.
5. To handle contract data related to statistical work and prepare reports according to department requirement.
6. Have good command of skills in SAP and OMS.


Qualifications
1. Bachelors or equivalent. Background in Scientific/Technology preferred.
2. Computer skills, especially Excel, MS Office proficiency.
3. More than two years of relevant working experience with customer contact/relationship management beneficial, experience working for a foreign company beneficial.
4. Be familiar with SAP would be preferred.
5. Team working spirit, effective communication and sense of responsibility.
6. English communication skills (written and oral).
7. Working under pressure and time controlling, committed to improve the working quality and efficiency.
