Job description

Introduction: The objective of ICS CTP/BPTP is to do software pre-sale job such as presentation, solution design, demo systems, POC (Prove Of Concept), POT(Prove Of Technology), trouble-shooting etc. Software ICS IT Specialist will focus on the ICS brand software pre-sales and support.

Responsibilities include:

- Take consulting, designing, implementing on IBM Collaboration Solution software & solutions to customers/business partners

- Act as a technical leader in customer project during pre-sale engagement

- Support IBM Collaboration Solution business partners on their skill improvement, project implementation consulting, solution design and etc

- The position requires travel most likely in China

- Work closely with IBM Sales/Service/Support teams

- Take Social adoption promotion role internally

- Link IBM product team for customer requirements feedbacks and take related collaboration

Qualification

-- Familiar with operating system knowledge (Unix/Linux/Windows/Mobile OS), VM and network is preferred

- Strong J2EE skill.

- Familiar with IBM Software (WebSphere Application Server, Websphere Portal , IBM Web Content Management, IBM Connections, IBM Domino/Notes) is preferred.

- Java Application development skill (Servlet, Portlet, other J2EE development) and Web UI development skills (Javascript, Dojo, Widget, XML, HTML5) is a plus.

- Good presentation skill and consultant selling skill are deeply welcome

- Good social community sense and concepts.

- Rich experience in consulting and solution design using IBM Collaboration Solution products to customers.

- Project implementation experiences.

- Good communication skill, leadership and teaming skill

- Good work passion and work attitude

- Good written/spoken English

Education/Experience

- Degree: MS or BS degree, major in Information Technology or equivalent

- Experience: At least 3 years experience in Lotus solutions Design or implementation skill. Rich experience of customer projects engagement.

Professional Skills

- Strong communication skill (verbal and written) is preferred.

- Strong logical thinking and interpretation ability.

- Enthusiastic, Self-motivated and willing to work individually and as a team.

Bachelor's Degree

At least 5 years experience in relevant working experience
