General Job Description:

1. Investigate and assess wind farm operation and maintenance ability.
2. Audit and assess wind farm operation and safety management system.
3. Investigate and analyze an incident or failure in wind farm.
4. Support DEWI team to perform wind type test.
5. Organize and collaborate with relevant persons or stock-holder as work team.
6. Frequently communicates with team member and report job status to direct supervisor.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor Degree in machinery or mechanical-electrical.
2. Minimum 2 years direct experiences in wind industrial, preferred experience on wind turbine operating, maintenance, or wind farm service.
3. Familiar with wind farm operation management and safety management requirement.
4. Enable to identify and analyze general failure or issue on wind turbine or in wind farm.
5. Strong skill of communication with others.
6. General oral and written skill in English.

背景要求：
1． 大学本科以上学历，机械，或机电一体化专业
2． 2年以上风电行业工作经验，风力发电站运行维护管理经验优先2年以上工作经验
3． 熟悉风场运行管理和安全管理要求
4． 能识别和分析风场常见的问题和故障
5． 熟练的沟通能力
6． 有一定英语口语和书写能力
