- 负责薪酬数据的调整、改进及日常的维护；

- 负责人力资源调研报告的构思、问卷设计、撰写，以及改进；
- 研究HR各模块趋势及变化，挖掘数据内在规律，使产品更符合市场化需求；
- 参与企业薪酬调查，包括职位评估、职位匹配、电话访谈、跟踪反馈等工作；

- 参与薪酬及调研产品销售，完成既定的销售目标；

- 支持薪酬及调研产品销售，给予专业指导建议。

任职要求：
- 统计/数学/计算机/经济/管理学专业优先，1年以上工作经验；

- 数据分析能力强，熟练使用EXCEL、Office等办公软件，精通PPT制作，具备维护大型EXCEL表格能力；

- 有较强的逻辑思维能力，突出的学习、整合能力；有一定的写作基础；
- 了解一定的人力资源管理知识，或企业管理理论知识、经济学理论知识；
- 细心、踏实、认真，较强的沟通能力，能承受较大的工作压力；

- 有HR专业背景或者HR工作经验者，有市场调查工作经历者优先考虑；
