Responsibilites

• Understand business process and cost / revenue structure.
• Work closely with Greater China leaders to understand market and customer segmentation.
• Support G-China Controller on monthly / quarterly/ annual reporting by preparing necessary finance / business data.
• Support G-China Controller to prepare annual business plan to submission to headquarter.
• Work with G-China sales team to maintain rolling forecast on monthly basis.
• Provide sales / margin / operating expenses trend analysis by market / customer segment.
• Tracking capital expenditure and provide progress report.
• Prepare margin analysis for project tender to support pricing strategy.
• Provide by market finance review report to market leaders and support cost control projects.
• Help business leaders to understand business result and all key factors.
• Cash flow forecast and cash management.
• Work with Global Shared Service to understand manufactory margin allocation to Greater China market.
• Support Global Shared Service team on others corporate reporting issue.
• Help G-China controller on corporate tax and local tax package and reconciliation.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree and above, with major in accounting and related subjects;
• Solid financial costing knowledge and working experience in MNC organization,
• Strong financial / business analytical skill.
• Good team spirit and communication skills;
• Detail-oriented, patient, and good sense of numbers;
• Be familiar with SAP system.
• Good English proficiency.
